Novancy, a dynamic and fast‑growing IT staffing company based in Casablanca, Morocco, is seeking a Junior Technical Recruiter to join its growing team. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between technology talent and leading organizations across various sectors, including Information Systems, Digital Transformation, and Consulting. The Junior Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Utilize a variety of channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, professional networks, and social media platforms to identify qualified candidates. Craft compelling job advertisements that resonate with the target audience and attract top talent.
- Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings. Keep the pipeline updated and ensure timely follow‑ups to keep candidates engaged.
- Screening: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and language proficiency. Assess alignment with job requirements and cultural fit, documenting evaluations in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide regular updates on sourcing progress, and deliver suitable candidates that meet client expectations.
- Candidate Experience: Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment cycle. Provide feedback and maintain accurate records in the ATS.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field (internships included). Preference for candidates with a good understanding of technology‑related fields.
- Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques; advanced level is a plus.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a bonus.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
