    The current opening is for a Junior Tech Recruiter, a role that is essential to the firm’s growth strategy. The recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and evaluating candidates for technology roles, ensuring a high‑quality talent pipeline for the company’s diverse client base. The position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to six months of recruitment experience, who are eager to learn and thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.

    Key responsibilities include:

    • Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.), professional networks, and other channels to identify qualified candidates. Craft and post compelling job advertisements to attract top talent. Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings.
    • Screening Candidates: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and language proficiency. Assess candidates’ alignment with job requirements and cultural fit. Document candidate evaluations and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable candidates. Provide regular updates on sourcing progress and candidate pipelines. Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.

    Qualifications required for the role include:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
    • 0 to 6 months of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a related field (internships included). Preference for candidates with a good understanding of technology‑related fields.
    • Fluency in French and English (both written and spoken) is mandatory.
    • Strong research and communication skills, with the ability to engage and assess candidates effectively.
    • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and techniques; an advanced level is a plus.
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a bonus.
    • Detail‑oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
