Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ technical knowledge, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and professional candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in applicant tracking systems, providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the broader recruitment team to refine job descriptions, interview guides, and assessment tools.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in talent acquisition.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.

Experience
