About the Role

The Junior Tech Recruiter will be a key player in our talent acquisition strategy, focusing on the technology sector. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions that attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize LinkedIn, job boards, and social media to identify potential candidates.
• Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial phone screens, evaluate resumes, and assess technical fit.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews with hiring teams and provide feedback.
• Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate records in our ATS and ensure compliance with data protection policies.
• Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).
• Basic understanding of technology domains and recruitment processes.
• Strong communication, research, and organizational skills.
• Experience with MS Office Suite and ATS systems is a plus.
