Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for technology roles.
- Conduct initial screening calls and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
- Facilitate communication between candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
