We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the role of Junior Technical Recruiter. This position is designed for candidates who are at the early stages of their recruitment career, with a focus on the technology sector.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for technology roles.
    • Conduct initial screening calls and assessments to evaluate candidate fit.
    • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
    • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide market insights.
    • Facilitate communication between candidates and internal stakeholders throughout the hiring process.

    • Fluency in French and English.
    • Experience ranging from 0 to 6 months in recruitment or related roles.
