We are currently looking for a Junior Tech Recruiter to join our expanding recruitment team. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about people, technology, and the recruitment process. The Junior Tech Recruiter will work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to source, screen, and manage candidates for a variety of technical roles, ranging from software developers and data analysts to infrastructure engineers and cybersecurity specialists.
Key responsibilities include:
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of channels—such as LinkedIn, industry forums, university career centers, and employee referrals—to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Screening & Assessment: Conduct initial phone or video interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical knowledge, experience, and cultural fit. Prepare detailed screening reports for senior recruiters.
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management: Log all candidate interactions, interview notes, and feedback into the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop job descriptions, and refine candidate profiles.
- Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability to provide strategic insights to the recruitment team.
- Candidate Experience: Maintain a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
In addition to the core responsibilities, the Junior Tech Recruiter will be expected to:
