Novancy, a premier staffing and recruitment consultancy specializing in information systems and digital transformation, is looking for a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst to manage the roll‑out of the BMP insurance platform for its clients in Casablanca and Rabat. This permanent (CDI) position requires a candidate with 8‑10 years of overall experience, including 6+ years in business analysis, and a proven track record in the insurance domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with senior stakeholders to capture functional and non‑functional needs.
• Design and validate AS‑IS and TO‑BE process models using BPMN standards.
• Develop detailed use cases and personas to guide solution design.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to surface gaps and align expectations.
• Refine product backlog, define acceptance criteria, and coordinate UAT preparation.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and solution architects to ensure technical feasibility and quality.
• Maintain governance standards and document best practices for Business Analysis.
• Produce reusable assets and templates to accelerate future projects.
• Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive cross‑functional initiatives and quality assurance activities.
