Novancy, a premier staffing and recruitment consultancy specializing in information systems and digital transformation, is looking for a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst to manage the roll‑out of the BMP insurance platform for its clients in Casablanca and Rabat. This permanent (CDI) position requires a candidate with 8‑10 years of overall experience, including 6+ years in business analysis, and a proven track record in the insurance domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with senior stakeholders to capture functional and non‑functional needs.
- Design and validate AS‑IS and TO‑BE process models using BPMN standards.
- Develop detailed use cases and personas to guide solution design.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to surface gaps and align expectations.
- Refine product backlog, define acceptance criteria, and coordinate UAT preparation.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and solution architects to ensure technical feasibility and quality.
- Maintain governance standards and document best practices for Business Analysis.
- Produce reusable assets and templates to accelerate future projects.
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive cross‑functional initiatives and quality assurance activities.
