The position is based in Casablanca and Rabat, Morocco, and offers a permanent contract (CDI). The successful candidate will bring 8‑10 years of total experience, with at least 6 years in business analysis, and will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:
- Business Analysis Leadership: Lead the analysis of business processes, identify gaps, and define solutions that align with strategic objectives.
- Requirements Engineering: Elicit, document, and validate functional and non‑functional requirements for BMP, ABS, GRP2, and Guidewire platforms.
- Process Modeling (BPMN): Create detailed BPMN diagrams to visualize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and propose optimizations.
- Agile Tools Utilization: Manage project artifacts in Jira, Confluence, and Visio, ensuring transparency and traceability across sprints.
- Stakeholder Management & Facilitation: Engage with senior executives, product owners, and technical teams to align expectations and secure buy‑in.
- Problem Solving & Decision Making: Address complex business challenges, propose data‑driven solutions, and influence strategic decisions.
