Role Overview

As a Lead Business Analyst, you will be the primary driver for the BMP platform rollout across multiple insurance domains. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading requirement gathering sessions with key stakeholders.
• Designing and documenting business processes using BPMN.
• Coordinating cross‑functional teams through agile ceremonies.
• Facilitating workshops to align business objectives with technical solutions.
• Ensuring quality and completeness of deliverables.

Key Qualifications

• 8‑10 years of overall experience, with 6+ years as a Business Analyst.
• Strong background in insurance domains (sales, claims, product).
• Expertise in BMP/ABS/GRP2/Guidewire and core insurance platforms.
• Proficiency with agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio).
• Excellent stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem‑solving skills.
