Novancy Consulting, a leading semi‑public consulting firm headquartered in Casablanca, is currently recruiting a highly skilled Lead Business Analyst to manage the implementation and rollout of the Business Management Platform (BMP) for a major insurance client. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire BMP deployment lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to final user acceptance testing (UAT), ensuring that the platform meets the stringent needs of the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements Engineering: Lead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business requirements, ensuring alignment with both client objectives and regulatory standards.
• Process Modeling (BPMN): Design and refine business processes using BPMN notation, creating clear visual representations that facilitate stakeholder understanding and process optimization.
• Agile Tools Utilization: Employ agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio to manage backlogs, track progress, and maintain transparent communication across cross‑functional teams.
• Stakeholder Management & Facilitation: Engage with a diverse range of stakeholders—including executives, product owners, and technical teams—to gather insights, resolve conflicts, and secure consensus on project deliverables.
• Backlog Refinement & UAT Preparation: Continuously refine product backlogs, prioritize features, and prepare comprehensive UAT plans to ensure the platform’s readiness for production.
• Governance & Mentoring: Uphold governance standards, document best practices, and mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.

Required Expertise:

• Deep knowledge of insurance domains, particularly in sales, claims, and product management.
• Proficiency with BMP, ABS, GRP2, and Guidewire platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and facilitation skills.

Experience:

• 8‑10 years of overall experience, with at least 6 years as a Business Analyst.

• Casablanca and Rabat, Morocco.
