Lead Business Analyst – Insurance Platform Rollouts (BMP) is a key role within a leading global insurance group. The position focuses on the end‑to‑end delivery of BMP platform rollouts, ensuring that business requirements are captured, modeled, and translated into actionable solutions. The analyst will work closely with cross‑functional squads, including developers, testers, and architects, to maintain alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, process modeling (BPMN), and stakeholder alignment for BMP rollout initiatives.
• Document and validate business requirements, create AS‑IS/TO‑BE process models, use cases, and personas.
• Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions, define scope and priorities, and support cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ensure clarity, quality, and traceability of requirements across all project phases.
• Contribute to BA standards, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Mentor junior BAs and support knowledge transfer within the team.

Required Expertise

• Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering.
• Process Modeling (BPMN) and Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio).
• Stakeholder Management, Facilitation, and Problem‑solving.
• Deep knowledge of BMP/ABS/GRP2/Guidewire or equivalent core insurance platforms.
• Understanding of insurance domains such as Sales, Claims, and Product.
• Certifications: IIBA CBAP or equivalent, ABSL1/ABSL2/ABAC.
