The current opening is for a Lead Business Analyst focused on the deployment of the BMP platform within the insurance sector. This role is pivotal in ensuring that the platform meets business needs, aligns with regulatory standards, and delivers value to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end analysis of business requirements for BMP platform rollouts.
• Engineer and document detailed requirements, ensuring clarity and traceability.
• Model business processes using BPMN to visualize current and future states.
• Utilize agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio for backlog management, sprint planning, and documentation.
• Engage with stakeholders across the organization to gather insights, validate solutions, and manage expectations.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and decision‑making sessions to drive consensus.
• Apply problem‑solving techniques to address complex business challenges.
• Leverage deep knowledge of the insurance domain, including sales, claims, and product lines, to inform analysis.
• Maintain expertise in BMP, ABS, GRP2, and Guidewire platforms, ensuring integration and compliance.
• Refine backlog items, prioritize features, and define acceptance criteria for each sprint.
• Prepare and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions against business objectives.
• Ensure adherence to governance standards and best practices in business analysis.
• Mentor junior analysts, fostering professional growth and skill development.

Required Experience

8‑10 years of overall experience in business analysis, with a minimum of 6 years in a senior or lead analyst role. Proven track record in insurance platform implementations and a strong grasp of industry-specific challenges.
