Novancy is seeking a Lead Business Analyst – BMP Platform Rollouts to spearhead the implementation of BMP/ABS/GRP2/Guidewire solutions for our insurance clients. The successful candidate will bring 8‑10 years of industry experience, with a minimum of 6 years in business analysis, and will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the end‑to‑end BMP platform rollout, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Conducting requirements engineering workshops to capture functional and non‑functional needs.
• Developing detailed process models using BPMN to illustrate current and future states.
• Utilizing agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio to manage backlogs, sprints, and documentation.
• Facilitating cross‑functional meetings, ensuring clear communication among stakeholders, including sales, claims, and product teams.
• Providing strategic guidance on insurance domain knowledge, particularly in sales, claims, and product areas.
• Ensuring compliance with industry certifications such as IIBA CBAP and ABSL1/ABSL2/ABAC.
