The current opportunity is with a prominent global insurance group that is expanding its digital footprint across North Africa. The organization has a robust portfolio of insurance products, including life, health, and property & casualty lines, and is committed to leveraging technology to enhance customer experience, streamline operations, and maintain regulatory compliance. As part of this strategic initiative, the client is looking to deploy the BMP (Business Management Platform) across its operations, requiring a seasoned Business Analyst to lead the effort.
As the Lead Business Analyst – BMP Platform Rollouts, you will be the primary liaison between the client’s executive leadership, functional teams, and technical delivery teams. Your core responsibilities will include gathering and documenting business requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring that the BMP platform aligns with the organization’s strategic objectives. You will conduct workshops, facilitate discussions, and drive consensus among stakeholders to capture critical business needs and validate solutions.

To excel in this role, you must bring a minimum of eight to ten years of experience in business analysis, with at least six years as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain. You should have a proven track record of leading large-scale platform implementations, particularly with BMP, ABS, GRP2, or Guidewire technologies. Your analytical mindset, coupled with strong problem-solving skills, will enable you to navigate complex business challenges and deliver actionable insights.
Required technical proficiencies include:
Desirable qualifications include certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP). Experience with data analytics and reporting tools would be an added advantage, as would a background in product management or project management.
