Novancy, a specialist in Information Systems and Digital Transformation, is partnering with a major insurance provider to execute a comprehensive BMP (Business Management Platform) rollout across multiple regions in Morocco, specifically Casablanca and Rabat. The project is a critical initiative aimed at modernizing the client’s core insurance operations, enhancing data integration, and improving customer experience through advanced technology solutions.
The Lead Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in this transformation. Responsibilities include:
- Business Analysis and Requirements Engineering: Elicit, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring they align with the client’s strategic goals and regulatory standards.
- Process Modeling (BPMN): Design and refine business processes using BPMN notation to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation.
- Agile Methodology: Lead sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and retrospectives, utilizing tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio to track progress and maintain transparency.
- Stakeholder Management and Facilitation: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the insurance organization, facilitating workshops and negotiations to resolve conflicts and secure consensus.
- Problem Solving: Apply analytical thinking to troubleshoot issues that arise during the rollout, proposing viable solutions that minimize risk and downtime.
- Insurance Domain Expertise: Leverage deep knowledge of insurance processes—sales, claims, and product management—to ensure the platform meets industry-specific requirements.
- Platform Rollout Leadership: Coordinate the end‑to‑end deployment of BMP, ABS, GRP2, and Guidewire modules, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and minimal disruption to business operations.
The ideal candidate will possess 8‑10 years of total experience, with at least 6 years in a Business Analyst capacity, and a proven track record of leading large‑scale technology deployments within the insurance sector. They should demonstrate strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for driving digital transformation initiatives.
Key deliverables include:
- Comprehensive requirement specifications and functional design documents.
- Process maps and workflow diagrams illustrating current and future states.
- Risk assessment reports and mitigation plans for the rollout.
- Training materials and user guides for end‑users and support teams.
- Post‑implementation review and continuous improvement recommendations.
While the role is based in Morocco, the successful candidate may work across Casablanca and Rabat, coordinating with local teams and ensuring alignment with regional regulatory frameworks. The position offers an opportunity to work with cutting‑edge technology, influence strategic outcomes, and contribute to the growth of a leading insurance provider.
