    Novancy, a leading staffing and talent recruitment firm specializing in Information Systems and Digital Transformation, invites applications for the position of Lead Business Analyst – Insurance Platform Rollouts (BMP). The role is situated in Casablanca and Rabat, Morocco, and is part of a partnership with a prominent global insurance group. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end‑to‑end delivery of BMP platform rollouts, ensuring that business requirements are captured, documented, and translated into actionable deliverables for the technical teams.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Lead requirements gathering, process modeling, and stakeholder alignment for BMP rollout initiatives.
    • Ensure clarity, quality, and traceability of requirements to enable seamless delivery.
    • Contribute to organizational BA standards, frameworks, and capability building.
    • Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with stakeholders to define scope and priorities.
    • Support backlog refinement, define acceptance criteria, and assist in UAT preparation.
    • Collaborate with developers, testers, and architects to ensure alignment throughout the delivery lifecycle.
    • Ensure compliance with governance standards and contribute to BA best practices and reusable assets.
    • Mentor junior BAs and foster a culture of continuous learning.
    • Participate in cross‑functional initiatives and quality assurance processes.

    Ideal Candidate Profile

    • 8‑10 years of total experience, including 6+ years as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain.
    • Strong background in BMP/ABS/GRP2/Guidewire or equivalent core insurance platforms.
    • In‑depth knowledge of BMP assets and underlying architecture.
    • Expertise in requirements engineering, process modeling (BPMN), and agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Visio).
    • Proven experience in stakeholder management, facilitation, and problem‑solving.
    • Exposure to insurance domains such as Sales, Claims, or Product.
    • Desirable: IIBA CBAP or equivalent certification; ABSL1/ABSL2/ABAC certification.
