Haldorix, a Moroccan startup studio focused on AI‑driven industrial and retail optimization, is looking for a Lead Computer Vision Engineer to join our Casablanca team. This full‑time, hybrid position offers a competitive salary range of 22,000 to 30,000 Moroccan Dirhams per month, reflecting the high level of expertise required.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing end‑to‑end computer vision pipelines for detection and tracking of objects in real‑time video streams.
• Developing and maintaining camera calibration routines and 2D/3D projective geometry models to ensure accurate spatial measurements.
• Optimizing deep learning models for GPU acceleration and deploying lightweight inference frameworks on edge devices.
• Collaborating with industrial automation and IoT vision system teams to integrate vision solutions into manufacturing and retail workflows.
• Managing DevOps pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices to streamline deployment and testing.
• Mentoring junior engineers, writing comprehensive documentation, and communicating technical concepts to stakeholders in English and French.

The ideal candidate will have at least six to nine years of experience in computer vision and software development, strong proficiency in Python, NumPy, and OpenCV, and a solid background in GPU optimization and edge deployment. Experience with industrial automation, IoT vision systems, and DevOps tools such as Docker and Kubernetes is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in both English and French are required to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
