About the Role
The Office Manager will be the backbone of our Casablanca office, ensuring that daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing administrative tasks such as calendar coordination, travel arrangements, meeting organization, and document management. The role also involves liaising with suppliers, overseeing facility operations, and maintaining a professional office environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate senior leadership calendars, travel, and meetings.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date document repositories using SharePoint and other collaborative tools.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, including ESG data collection and reporting.
- Support finance by providing assistance with reporting and budget monitoring.
- Oversee HR administration tasks such as onboarding, offboarding, payroll fundamentals, and performance review tracking.
- Develop and implement training plans and HR best‑practice monitoring.
- Drive internal communication initiatives to enhance employee engagement and corporate culture.
- Plan and execute team‑building activities and office events to foster a positive work environment.
- Maintain office facilities, including equipment, supplies, and overall cleanliness.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 6‑9 years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and detail‑oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and SharePoint.
- Excellent writing, proofreading, and document production skills.
- Solid understanding of HR administration, payroll fundamentals, and governance processes.
- Fluency in English; French is a strong asset.
- Professionalism, discretion, and a service‑oriented mindset.
