Role Overview

As the Practice Lead – Business Acceptance Testing (BAT), you will spearhead the development and execution of acceptance testing strategies for a leading global insurance provider. Your primary focus will be to ensure that all business solutions meet the highest quality standards before deployment, safeguarding the integrity of critical financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement comprehensive testing frameworks, covering functional, non‑functional, and automation testing.
• Lead a cross‑functional team of testers, QA engineers, and business analysts.
• Drive the adoption of GenAI and UX best practices to enhance test coverage and user experience.
• Manage SAP Ariba modules (Sourcing, Procurement, Supplier Management) testing cycles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align testing objectives with business goals.
• Monitor KPIs, manage budgets, and report on testing progress to senior leadership.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives across the testing lifecycle.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience in testing and quality assurance, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. You should possess a deep understanding of Business Acceptance Testing, automation, and SAP Ariba solutions. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and a proven track record of driving practice growth are essential. Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
