Orange Business is seeking a highly skilled Pre‑Sales Engineer – CDN Solutions to join our dynamic team in Casablanca, Morocco. This full‑time, permanent (CDI) position offers a hybrid working model, combining office presence with remote work to provide flexible hours and a balanced work‑life environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead pre‑sales activities for CDN solutions, positioning and tailoring offerings to meet client needs across media, retail, public sector, and gaming sectors.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine product portfolios, provide feedback on customer requirements, and contribute to non‑standard solution development.
- Design technical solutions, conduct feasibility studies, and support pricing and profitability analysis.
- Coordinate commercial offer set‑up, ensuring profitable and feasible proposals that align with customer objectives.
- Transition pre‑sales deliverables to the delivery team, ensuring smooth implementation and knowledge transfer.
About the Candidate:
- Minimum 5 years of pre‑sales experience in customer‑facing roles, preferably within media, retail, public sector, or gaming industries.
- Proven track record in creating and positioning solutions that address client business drivers and challenges.
- Fluency in written and verbal English is mandatory; additional language skills are a plus.
- Master’s degree (MSc) in telecommunications, information technology, or a related field.
- Strong conceptual design and case study presentation skills.
- Deep technical knowledge of CDN ecosystem components such as DNS, caching, security, and edge computing.
- Business acumen in pricing, costing, risk provisioning, and CDN market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and innovation capabilities.
