Novancy Consulting, a leading Information Systems and Digital Transformation partner in Morocco, is looking for a highly skilled Product Owner to spearhead the Core Insurance Platform (BMP) project. This hybrid leadership position requires a deep understanding of insurance technology, agile methodologies, and cross‑functional team dynamics. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into actionable product backlogs, orchestrating agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, and ensuring seamless stakeholder facilitation across global rollouts.

Key responsibilities include:

• Defining and prioritizing product backlog items for BMP, ABS, GRP2, and Guidewire platforms.
• Collaborating with business analysts to capture and refine requirements.
• Leading the product vision and roadmap, aligning it with strategic business goals.
• Coordinating with cross‑functional teams (development, QA, operations) to deliver high‑quality releases.
• Facilitating stakeholder meetings to gather feedback and manage expectations.
• Driving large‑scale transformation initiatives and ensuring successful global rollouts.

The role demands strong proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and SAFe frameworks, as well as proven experience in managing backlogs and conducting agile ceremonies. Candidates should possess at least 8 years of total experience, with 6–8 years in product ownership or lead consulting within the insurance sector. Leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential to navigate complex regulatory environments and deliver value to clients.
