As the Product Owner, you will be the single point of accountability for the product’s vision, strategy, and delivery. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, including business leaders, technical architects, and regulatory experts, to translate market demands and regulatory requirements into a clear, actionable product roadmap. Your deep understanding of core insurance platforms—such as BMP, ABS, and GRP2—will enable you to guide the product’s evolution in a way that maximizes value for both the client and its end‑users.

Key responsibilities include:

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a compelling product vision that aligns with the client’s long‑term business goals.
• Backlog Management: Own the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure that the development team has a clear, well‑structured set of user stories.
• Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to maintain a high level of team engagement and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will bring 8‑12 years of experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Lead Consultant, with a proven track record in the insurance domain.
