Key Responsibilities

• Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that user stories, defects, and enhancements are clearly defined, estimated, and ready for sprint planning.
• Agile Ceremonies: Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and transparency.

• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and SAFe frameworks.
• Strong product vision and the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams and driving product delivery.
• Solid understanding of regulatory compliance and security best practices within the insurance sector.

Desirable Qualifications

• Advanced certifications such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM).
