Role Overview

The Product Owner – Core Insurance Platform (BMP) will serve as the primary advocate for the product vision within Allianz’s insurance ecosystem. This hybrid leadership position demands a blend of strategic insight, technical acumen, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver high‑impact solutions across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog, prioritizing features that align with business objectives and customer needs.
• Define and communicate a clear product vision, ensuring alignment with Allianz’s strategic goals.
• Lead global rollouts and large‑scale transformation initiatives, coordinating with regional teams in Casablanca, Rabat, and beyond.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives, planning) and maintain rigorous backlog hygiene.
• Serve as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and expectation management.
• Leverage tools such as Jira, Confluence, and SAFe frameworks to streamline workflows and documentation.
• Ensure regulatory and security compliance, overseeing UAT, risk management, and audit readiness.
• Champion a customer‑focused mindset, fostering accountability, adaptability, integrity, and inclusiveness across the team.

Required Experience

8‑12 years of total experience, with 6‑8 years in business analysis, product ownership, or lead consulting roles within the insurance domain. Proven track record in managing core insurance platforms (BMP, ABS, GRP2, Guidewire) and executing global rollouts.

Working Environment

The role operates in a hybrid setting (HB), combining onsite presence in Casablanca with remote collaboration. The position offers a stable CDI contract, with opportunities for professional growth and leadership within a dynamic consulting environment.
