Role Overview

Novancy Consulting, a leading Moroccan consulting firm, is partnering with Allianz to drive the Core Insurance Platform (BMP) project. The Product Owner – Core Insurance Platform will serve as the primary liaison between Allianz’s business stakeholders and the technical delivery team, ensuring that the platform delivers maximum value to the insurer’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Ownership: Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for the BMP platform, translating business needs into actionable user stories.
• Agile Leadership: Lead the agile team using SAFe principles, facilitating ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Stakeholder Management: Engage with Allianz’s executive sponsors, business analysts, and technical leads to align priorities and secure timely feedback.
• Backlog & Release Management: Prioritize and groom the backlog, ensuring that releases meet regulatory and security compliance standards.
• Regulatory & Security Oversight: Maintain awareness of insurance regulations and embed security best practices throughout the development lifecycle.
• Team Mentoring: Coach and mentor cross‑functional team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.

Required Experience

• 8‑12 years of overall experience in the insurance domain, with 6‑8 years specifically in business analysis, product ownership, or lead consulting roles.
• Proven track record of delivering complex insurance technology solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Technical Proficiencies

• Agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum)
• Project management tools (Jira, Confluence)
• Backlog and release planning
• Business analysis and stakeholder facilitation
• Regulatory compliance and security awareness

Work Environment

The role is hybrid, combining onsite collaboration in Casablanca with remote engagement as needed. The position is a permanent (CDI) role, offering stability and growth within a dynamic consulting context.
