Production Planner

About the role

The Production Planner will coordinate manufacturing orders, monitor capacity and ensure alignment between client plans and production capabilities. You will act as the link between clients, production teams and engineering to keep schedules accurate and efficient.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and share delivery status reports with staff.
• Consult production on feasibility of planning proposals.
• Receive, analyze and validate client planning data.
• Communicate with client planners to confirm any changes.
• Inform production and engineering of reference or level changes.
• Analyze short- and medium-term production capacity against client programs.
• Issue manufacturing orders and track their execution.
• Coordinate and forward changes to relevant departments.
• Participate in cross-department coordination meetings.
• Prepare and present capacity study reports to staff.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or Master’s in Logistics (or equivalent) with at least 1 year of experience.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Advanced computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of logistics processes.
• Understanding and respect for Lean principles.
