    About the Role

    Glovo, headquartered in Barcelona, is the fastest‑growing delivery platform across Europe, Africa, and Western Asia. In Morocco, the company operates a robust e‑commerce ecosystem that delivers everything from courier services to food, pharmacy, and supermarket products. The Public Affairs Lead – Global Affairs Morocco will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s external relations, ensuring alignment with local regulations, and safeguarding Glovo’s reputation in a dynamic market.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Public Affairs & Government Relations: Build and maintain relationships with government bodies, policymakers, and industry associations to advocate for favorable policies and regulatory frameworks.
    • Policy Monitoring & Analysis: Track legislative developments, assess their impact on Glovo’s operations, and develop strategic responses.
    • Stakeholder Mapping & Engagement: Identify and engage key stakeholders—including NGOs, community leaders, and corporate partners—to foster collaboration and support.
    • Reputation & Issues Management: Monitor public sentiment, manage crisis communications, and implement proactive reputation‑building initiatives.
    • Strategic & Operational Support: Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership, develop long‑term public affairs roadmaps, and coordinate cross‑functional teams.

    Required Experience

    3‑5 years of proven experience in public affairs, policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and government relations. Demonstrated ability to write compelling content in Arabic, French, and English, and to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 3‑5 years in public affairs or related fields.
    • Advanced degree (BAC +5) in political science, public administration, or a related discipline.
    • Fluency in Arabic, French, and English.

    Work Environment

    Hybrid (HB) – work from the office, with the flexibility to work from home two days a week and up to three weeks a year from any location.
