    Glovo, a Barcelona‑based fast‑growing delivery platform, seeks a Public Affairs Lead for its Morocco operations. The incumbent will champion the company’s interests across public authorities, industry bodies, and community partners, ensuring alignment with local regulations and market dynamics. Responsibilities include:

    • Policy Monitoring & Analysis: Track legislative, regulatory, and policy developments that could impact Glovo’s business. Produce briefs, risk analyses, and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
    • Strategic & Operational Support: Collaborate with the Head of Global Affairs to design and execute the public affairs strategy. Coordinate workstreams, timelines, and follow‑ups across functions and with regional/global PA teams. Prepare agendas, talking points, and background notes for key meetings.
    • Stakeholder Mapping & Engagement: Build and maintain stakeholder dashboards, identify influence channels, allies, and advocacy coalitions. Lead participation in public consultations, working groups, and industry forums. Draft position papers, consultation responses, and institutional narratives.
    • Reputation & Issues Management: Monitor sensitive topics, coordinate with Communications on risk anticipation, messaging, and crisis documentation.
    • Institutional Events & High‑Level Visits: Support institutional components of leadership visits, including briefing books, stakeholder notes, and logistics plans.

    The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of experience in public affairs, policy, government relations, or consulting, with deep knowledge of Morocco’s institutional landscape. They possess excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills, and are fluent in Arabic, French, and English.
