    Position Overview

    As a Sales Executive based in Agadir, you will be the frontline ambassador for Glovo’s restaurant partnership program. Your primary responsibility will be to identify, pitch, and secure agreements with local restaurants, ensuring that each partnership aligns with our profitability and service standards. You will manage the entire sales cycle—from initial outreach and needs assessment to contract negotiation and onboarding—while maintaining a dynamic pipeline of prospects.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Research and target high‑potential restaurants in Agadir and surrounding areas.
    • Conduct in‑person visits to present Glovo’s value proposition, negotiate terms, and close deals.
    • Collaborate closely with the operations and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition for new partners.
    • Track and report sales metrics, pipeline status, and forecasted revenue in our CRM system.
    • Participate in the exclusive, invitation‑only Hiring Day at our Casablanca office on December 18th and 19th to accelerate the hiring process.

    Required Qualifications

    • Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the food and restaurant industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Strong negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools, with Salesforce experience preferred.
    • Full professional proficiency in the local language (Moroccan Arabic or Tamazight), English, and French.
