The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting or an equivalent qualification, and a strong preference for professional certifications such as CPA or CFA. A minimum of three to five years of relevant experience is required, with a proven track record in financial reporting, financial analysis, and compliance with international standards such as IFRS and U.S. GAAP.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with applicable accounting frameworks.
• Conducting in‑depth financial analysis to support strategic decision‑making and performance monitoring.
• Managing the implementation and optimization of accounting systems, including SAP, XERO, QuickBooks, and CRM platforms.
• Overseeing a small team of accountants, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Driving process enhancements to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and align financial operations with business objectives.
• Communicating complex financial information clearly to stakeholders, including presentations and reports.

Additional competencies required are strong leadership, excellent communication and presentation skills, organizational acumen, and effective time‑management. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI is essential for data analysis and reporting.
