Cypher, a leading provider of accounting and CFO services in Morocco, is expanding its team in Casablanca to support its growing portfolio of cloud-based financial solutions. The company specializes in delivering comprehensive accounting services, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax compliance, and advisory services, all powered by modern cloud platforms such as SAP, XERO, QuickBooks, and CRM systems. The role of Senior Accountant is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely financial statements, performing in-depth financial analysis, and maintaining compliance with local and international accounting standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP and local regulations.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, profitability studies, and cash flow forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
• Team Supervision: Lead a small team of junior accountants, providing mentorship, performance feedback, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
• Process Enhancement: Identify inefficiencies in accounting workflows, propose automation solutions, and implement best practices to increase productivity.
• Cloud Accounting: Utilize cloud-based accounting platforms (SAP, XERO, QuickBooks) to streamline data entry, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
• CRM Integration: Manage financial data within CRM systems to ensure accurate billing, invoicing, and customer financial records.
• Excel & Power BI: Build complex Excel models, dashboards, and Power BI reports to visualize key financial metrics and trends.
• Communication & Presentation: Prepare clear financial summaries for senior management, board members, and external stakeholders; deliver presentations on financial performance and strategic initiatives.
• Leadership & Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong leadership qualities, time management, and organizational abilities to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting, possesses a CPA or CFA certification, and demonstrates fluency in English. The position offers a hybrid work model (home and office), a competitive monthly salary ranging from 10,000 to 15,000 Moroccan Dirhams, and a CDI contract.
