The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial reporting and analysis, with expertise in IFRS and U.S. GAAP standards. They will be responsible for preparing accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks, and providing insightful analysis to support strategic decision‑making.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Conducting in‑depth financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensuring adherence to IFRS and U.S. GAAP principles across all reporting activities.
• Managing and optimizing accounting systems such as SAP, XERO, QuickBooks, and CRM platforms.
• Developing and maintaining robust Excel and Power BI dashboards for real‑time financial monitoring.
• Providing clear and concise communication of financial results to senior stakeholders.
• Mentoring and supervising a small team of accountants, fostering a collaborative and high‑performance culture.
• Driving continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

The role is based in Casablanca and offers a hybrid working arrangement (HB). Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a major in Accounting or equivalent, and preferably hold CPA or CFA certifications.
