DXC CDG Maroc, a joint venture between DXC Technology and the national telecommunications company, is at the forefront of digital transformation in Morocco. We are looking for a Senior AI Architect to spearhead the development of AI‑driven solutions that empower our clients to harness the full potential of data and cloud technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in AI architecture, encompassing machine learning, generative AI, and real‑time intelligent applications. Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks, model training, validation, deployment, and lifecycle management is essential. Experience with cloud‑native AI services across AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as hybrid and multi‑cloud environments, will enable the architect to design scalable, resilient solutions.

Key responsibilities include building production‑ready AI pipelines that integrate data ingestion, feature engineering, and model inference. The architect will also manage feature stores, ensure data quality, and maintain model‑data dependencies. Governance, security‑by‑design, explainability, and regulatory compliance are critical components of the AI strategy, and the architect will lead initiatives to embed responsible AI practices across the organization.

Beyond technical expertise, the role demands strong managerial and leadership skills. The architect will conduct architecture workshops, lead design authorities, and chair steering committees, translating complex business requirements into actionable technical roadmaps. Client‑facing capabilities, stakeholder management, and effective communication are vital to align solutions with client expectations and business objectives.

We offer a hybrid work environment (HB) that balances onsite collaboration in Rabat and Casablanca with remote flexibility. The position requires a minimum of six to nine years of experience in AI and data architecture, a BAC +5 level of education, and fluency in both English and French. The contract type is a permanent full‑time CDI.
