DXC CDG Maroc, a joint venture between DXC Technology and the Moroccan public sector entity CDG, is a leading provider of Information Technology and Digital Transformation Services. We are looking for a Senior Data Architect to join our teams in Rabat and Casablanca on a permanent (CDI) contract with a hybrid (HB) working model.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and evolve enterprise‑scale data architectures that support business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Architect distributed data processing and storage solutions, ensuring high availability, performance, and cost efficiency.
• Leverage cloud‑native data services across AWS, Azure, and GCP to build scalable, resilient pipelines.
• Develop end‑to‑end data pipelines, integrating data from diverse sources and ensuring data quality and integrity.
• Implement robust data modeling, integration, and lifecycle management practices.
• Establish data governance frameworks, enforce security‑by‑design principles, and ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
• Prepare data platforms for advanced analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning workloads.
• Provide managerial oversight, mentor junior team members, and drive technical excellence.
• Act as a primary liaison with clients, translating technical concepts into business value.
• Coordinate with stakeholders across the organization to align data strategies with business goals.

Required Experience: 6 to 9 years in data architecture or engineering roles, with proven experience in cloud platforms and large‑scale data solutions.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

Skills: Expertise in data architecture, data engineering, cloud services, AI/ML readiness, governance, security, leadership, client engagement, and stakeholder communication.

Languages: Proficiency in English and French (written and spoken).

Contract: Permanent (CDI) with a hybrid working arrangement.

Locations: Rabat and Casablanca.
