JESA Advisory & Digital Solutions, a leading consulting unit of JESA, is expanding its Financial Advisory practice to support Africa’s and the MENA region’s infrastructure, energy, mining, and industrial projects. The Senior Financial Advisory Consultant will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between project identification and financial close, ensuring bankability, structuring, and partner engagement for large-scale ventures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sector and market analyses across mining, energy, infrastructure, and industrial ecosystems.
• Build and maintain complex financial models, including DCF, M&A, PPP structures, and project finance frameworks.
• Support feasibility and bankability assessments, tariff modelling, and sensitivity analysis.
• Draft investment memoranda, teasers, and presentations for clients, investors, and DFIs.
• Assist in due diligence processes covering financial, commercial, and ESG aspects.
• Contribute to transaction execution, including debt raising, refinancing, and partner negotiations.
• Maintain databases of sector projects, DFI tenders, and client portfolios.

Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in financial advisory, investment banking, Big 4 transaction advisory, or infrastructure/project finance.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering from a Tier 1 university.
• Strong financial modelling and Excel skills.
• Exposure to PPP/concession agreements, EPC/O&M contracts, and DFI funding instruments is a plus.
• Fluency in English and French required; Arabic is an asset.
