JESA Advisory & Digital Solutions, the management consulting arm of the JESA Group, operates across Africa and the Middle East, partnering with the region’s largest and most critical institutions. The company’s services are organized into three core lines: Strategy Consulting, Operational Excellence, and Digital Transformation. This role, titled Senior Financial Advisory Consultant, is situated in Casablanca and falls under a CDI (permanent) contract with a hybrid (HB) working model.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility studies and bankability assessments for large infrastructure, energy, and mining projects.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models using DCF, M&A, PPP, and project finance
• Conduct tariff modelling and sensitivity analysis to evaluate project viability and risk.
• Prepare investment memoranda and perform due diligence including ESG considerations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate digital solutions and operational excellence initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Engineering.
• 6–9 years of experience in financial advisory, project finance, or infrastructure consulting.
• Proficiency in English and French; Arabic is an asset.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel, and experience with DCF, M&A, PPP, and project finance tools.
