JESA Advisory & Digital Solutions, a leading management consulting business unit of the JESA Group, is expanding its African Digital Solutions (ADS) arm to deliver high‑impact financial advisory services across the continent and the Middle East. The Senior Consultant, Financial Advisory role is based in Casablanca and operates on a hybrid schedule, blending on‑site client engagements with remote collaboration.

In this capacity, you will spearhead the financial analysis and engineering of large‑scale infrastructure projects, including mining, energy, water, and urban development initiatives. Your responsibilities will encompass:

• Developing comprehensive financial models (DCF, LBO, PPP, project finance) to assess viability and optimize capital structures.
• Conducting feasibility studies and bankability assessments to ensure projects meet investor and DFI criteria.
• Preparing investment memoranda, due diligence reports, and presentations for DFIs, sovereign entities, and private investors.
• Collaborating with cross‑functional teams—strategy, operations, and digital—to align financial solutions with broader consulting objectives.
• Maintaining fluency in English and French to communicate with international stakeholders and produce bilingual deliverables.

Beyond technical execution, you will contribute to JESA’s strategic consulting practice by identifying growth opportunities, advising on market entry strategies, and supporting the development of a clear career path within the ADS group.
