ALYA PAY is Morocco’s leading fractionated payment solution, approved by Bank Al Maghrib. We empower customers to pay in 2, 3, or 4 installments without fees or interest, boosting retail and service partners’ average basket size and conversion rates. Our mission is to streamline the shopping experience both in-store and online, securing multi‑installment payments for merchants.

We’re expanding our team and need a Frontend Developer who will own the UX/UI across all web applications and help establish strong frontend standards. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of solid React + TypeScript experience, a deep understanding of modern state management patterns (Context API, hooks), and proven ability in API integration and asynchronous workflows.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain performant and reusable web interfaces with React, React Router v7, TypeScript, Tailwind CSS, and ShadCN UI.
• Implement and enforce design‑system consistency, accessibility, and responsive design across customer, merchant, and internal portals.
• Integrate securely with REST APIs from our backend.
• Handle role‑based UI logic.
• Participate in code reviews, ensure UI architecture quality, and mentor teammates.
• Optimize for performance, bundle size, and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams.

Your qualifications:

• 3–5 years of solid React + TypeScript experience.
• Strong command of modern state management patterns (Context API, hooks).
• Proven ability in API integration and asynchronous workflows.
• Excellent understanding of form validation, error handling, and UX flow logic.
• Experience with responsive and accessible UI.
• Comfortable with Git workflows, pull requests, and collaborative reviews.
• Detail‑oriented with strong UI/UX intuition.

Bonus points:

• Experience with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, or frontend performance audits.
• Exposure to React Native / Expo (future mobile app).
• Familiarity with i18n and multi‑language interfaces.
• Fintech or SaaS product experience.
