The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will be based in Casablanca and will work on the company’s flagship product, a computer vision platform that powers real‑time inventory management, fraud detection, and personalized marketing.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, training, and deploying state‑of‑the‑art YOLO and DINO models for object detection in retail environments.
• Developing synthetic data pipelines to augment limited real‑world datasets, ensuring robust model performance across diverse lighting and occlusion scenarios.
• Implementing distributed training on AWS to accelerate model convergence and reduce time‑to‑market.
• Optimizing models for on‑device inference using TensorRT and TFLite, enabling real‑time inference on edge devices such as kiosks and mobile apps.
• Collaborating with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Maintaining CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and deployment of ML models.

Required skills include proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and YOLO frameworks, experience with synthetic data generation, annotation pipelines, and handling data imbalance and augmentation strategies. Familiarity with DINO and ViT‑based backbones, as well as on‑device optimization techniques (TensorRT, TFLite), is highly desirable.
