As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be at the forefront of building computer‑vision solutions that drive the platform’s loyalty engine. Your responsibilities include:

• Leading the design and implementation of end‑to‑end computer‑vision pipelines using state‑of‑the‑art models (YOLO, DINO, ViT) and frameworks (PyTorch, TensorRT, TFLite).
• Developing and maintaining synthetic data generation workflows and annotation pipelines to support small‑object detection tasks.
• Optimizing models for on‑device inference on edge hardware, ensuring low latency and high accuracy.
• Collaborating with data scientists and product managers to translate business requirements into scalable ML solutions.
• Managing distributed training on AWS, including data pipelines, model versioning, and continuous integration.

We expect you to bring a strong background in Python programming, deep learning frameworks, and computer‑vision model deployment. Experience with AWS services, synthetic data generation, and on‑device optimization will set you apart. You should hold at least a BAC +5 (equivalent to a Master’s degree) and demonstrate proficiency in both English and French.
