We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer with a strong background in computer vision and machine learning engineering. The successful candidate will lead a small team of CV/ML engineers, design and optimize training pipelines for YOLO‑based models, and implement best practices for data collection, augmentation, and annotation quality. They will also explore advanced techniques such as OBB vs. HBB, DINOv3 backbones, and multi‑GPU distributed training, and establish CI/CD workflows for model training, versioning, deployment, and A/B testing.

Key responsibilities include mentoring junior engineers, promoting a strong ML engineering culture, and collaborating closely with product and operations teams to deploy models into retailer‑facing applications. The role requires 4+ years of experience in ML engineering, proficiency in Python and ML frameworks, and experience deploying models in production environments. Knowledge of computer vision, PyTorch, Ultralytics YOLO, distributed training on AWS, synthetic data generation, and on‑device optimization (TensorRT, TFLite) is highly desirable.
