About the Role

The Senior Management Controller will serve as the pivotal link between Intelcia’s financial objectives and its operational execution. Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the incumbent will be responsible for the integrity of financial data, the accuracy of reporting, and the alignment of financial strategy with business goals across our global portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Oversight: Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS and local accounting standards.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop comprehensive budgets and forecasts for multiple business units, incorporating scenario analysis to support strategic decision‑making.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes, implement automation tools, and enhance reporting efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Communicate financial insights to senior leadership, external partners, and internal stakeholders, translating complex data into actionable recommendations.
• Risk Management: Monitor internal controls, assess financial risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and develop a high‑performing finance team, fostering a culture of autonomy, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial or management control roles, preferably within a multinational context.
• Advanced degree (BAC+5) in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Fluent in English and French; Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, analytical reporting, and process optimization.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership abilities.
