Intelcia, a leading global outsourcing and business process solutions provider, is seeking a Senior Management Controller to oversee the financial performance of its US region operations. The role is based in Casablanca, Morocco, and involves a full‑time, on‑site commitment (OS) with a permanent contract (CDI). The candidate will report directly to the US Region Finance Director and collaborate closely with regional leaders, ensuring financial integrity across all business units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain robust financial models to support strategic decision‑making.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including variance analysis and trend identification.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for the US region, aligning with corporate objectives.
• Prepare and present accurate financial reports and management dashboards to senior stakeholders.
• Analyze payroll data and implement cost‑control measures to optimize labor expenses.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate financial data into business processes.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, facilitating transparent communication.

Required Experience: Minimum 10 years in finance or accounting roles, with a proven track record in management control and financial leadership.

Education: Bachelor’s degree (BAC+5) in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (mandatory) and French (preferred). Spanish language skills are a plus.
