Intelcia, a leading provider of multichannel customer experience solutions, is expanding its finance team in Casablanca, Morocco. We are looking for a Senior Management Controller to join our dynamic, multinational organization. This position is a full‑time, permanent CDI contract, with a requirement for on‑site presence (OS) in Casablanca.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial control framework for the entire organization, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue, costs, and profitability across multiple regions.
• Prepare and present management reports, including variance analysis, to senior leadership and regional managers.
• Coordinate budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with business unit leaders to align financial goals with strategic objectives.
• Analyze payroll data and monitor related KPIs, providing insights to improve cost efficiency.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of dashboards that track key performance indicators for finance and operations.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, including regional finance teams, HR, and IT, to ensure data integrity and timely reporting.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior finance staff, fostering a culture of autonomy and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance, with a focus on management control and financial modeling.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Experience in financial controls, payroll analysis, and KPI monitoring.
• Proficiency in English (fluent) is mandatory; French (fluent) and Spanish (additional) are highly valued.
• Background in consulting or advisory roles is a plus, especially within multinational environments.
