    Intelcia, a leading provider of Multichannel CX Solutions, Business Processes, IT Solutions, and Consulting services, is seeking a highly experienced Senior Management Controller to join its Casablanca office. The role is pivotal in ensuring the financial integrity and strategic alignment of the organization’s operations across multiple channels and markets.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support strategic decision‑making.
    • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
    • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, collaborating with business unit leaders to set realistic targets.
    • Conduct variance analysis to identify deviations from plans and recommend corrective actions.
    • Produce management reporting dashboards that provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
    • Oversee control systems and internal audit processes to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
    • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including senior executives, external auditors, and regulatory bodies.
    • Communicate complex financial information clearly and concisely to non‑financial audiences.
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in financial processes and reporting frameworks.
    • Mentor and develop junior finance staff, fostering a culture of autonomy and high performance.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in finance, preferably in a senior controller or finance manager role.
    • Strong background in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
    • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
    • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in French and Spanish is highly valued.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and think critically in a fast‑paced environment.
    • Experience with M&A activities and integration processes is a plus.
