    Role Overview

    Orange Business, a leading network and digital integrator, is expanding its Mobile Core Network team in Sala Al Jadida, Morocco. The Senior Mobile Core Network Engineer will spearhead the architecture, engineering, deployment, and operation of mobile core networks across international projects, including IoT‑A, IoT‑N, and CNaaS initiatives. This position is a permanent (CDI) role with a hybrid work model, offering flexible hours and the opportunity to work in shifts (24/7) to support global operations.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Design, architect, and deploy mobile core network solutions for 4G/5G CNaaS and roaming services.
    • Lead containerized deployments on Telco cloud platforms such as RedHat OpenShift.
    • Integrate CI‑CD pipelines (GitLab) and manage container orchestration.
    • Configure and maintain OSS/BSS tools, IPv4/IPv6 routing, QoS, MPLS, and VPN technologies.
    • Perform functional, performance, and end‑to‑end testing using industry‑standard tools.
    • Ensure security compliance for core network components.
    • Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage supplier relationships, and prioritize tasks to meet tight deadlines.
    • Translate client requirements into technical specifications and collaborate on solution design.
    • Maintain continuous learning to stay abreast of emerging telecom technologies.

    Required Experience & Education

    • Minimum 5–8 years of proven experience in mobile core networks within telecommunications.
    • Graduate degree in Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
    • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
