We are currently looking for a highly skilled Senior PHP/React Developer to join our dynamic team on a freelance basis. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating closely with our developers and product managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain robust PHP applications using the Symfony framework.
• Implement and optimize database solutions across SQL (MariaDB/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) platforms.
• Architect and deploy asynchronous systems, including state machines, worker chaining, and retry/dead‑letter mechanisms.
• Analyze legacy codebases, perform reverse engineering, and devise migration strategies to modern architectures.
• Ensure high code quality through rigorous unit and integration testing, continuous integration pipelines, and code reviews.
• Document new features and update legacy documentation to maintain knowledge continuity.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate backend services with existing C# APIs and streamline technical debt.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in PHP with extensive experience in Symfony.
• Strong front‑end expertise in React and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of Node.js and message brokers such as RabbitMQ.
• Solid understanding of relational and NoSQL database design.
• Experience with asynchronous system design and implementation.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Fluency in French (written and spoken) is mandatory.
