We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead the quality assurance of our rapidly evolving product suite. In this role, you will be responsible for the end‑to‑end design, development, and maintenance of automated test frameworks that cover web, API, mobile, and AI/ML components. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams—developers, data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders—to define comprehensive test plans, create robust test cases, and ensure that every new feature meets stringent quality, performance, and fairness standards.

Your day‑to‑day tasks will include:

• Designing and implementing scalable automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Robot Framework, or pytest, with a focus on maintainability and reusability.
• Developing test scripts in Python, Java, or JavaScript, and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines powered by Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• Leveraging AI/ML testing techniques—such as model validation, bias detection, drift monitoring, and adversarial testing—to guarantee the reliability and ethical behavior of AI‑driven features.
• Creating detailed test plans and test cases that cover functional, regression, performance, security, and usability aspects.
• Collaborating with data engineers to validate data pipelines and ensure data integrity across the platform.
• Mentoring junior QA engineers, providing code reviews, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Staying abreast of emerging trends in QA automation, AI testing, and PropTech innovations, and recommending tooling or process enhancements.
