About the Role

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer at Yakeey, you will spearhead the automation testing strategy for our multi‑product PropTech ecosystem, which includes a property marketplace, credit application platform, and valuation tool. Your primary responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites that ensure the highest quality of our web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creation and execution of automated test scripts using frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Robot Framework, and pytest.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and data science teams to define test plans that incorporate AI/ML concepts and generative AI testing.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions) and manage version control with Git.
• Track defects and work closely with developers using Jira and Azure DevOps to ensure timely resolution.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and share best practices for test automation and quality assurance.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript.
• Hands‑on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Robot Framework, and pytest.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, Git, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust) and API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured).
• Knowledge of visual testing tools such as Testim, Mabl, and Applitools.
• Experience with data‑quality frameworks like Great Expectations and dbt testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 6‑9 years of experience in QA, test automation, or software testing roles.
• Strong communication skills in English and French.
• ISTQB certification is a plus.
