The Senior QA Automation Engineer will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of software quality across all product lines. This position requires a deep understanding of both traditional and AI‑enhanced testing methodologies, as well as the ability to design, implement, and maintain robust automated test suites that cover functional, regression, performance, and security scenarios.

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing automated test frameworks using Python, Java, JavaScript, Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Robot Framework, and pytest.
• Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions to ensure continuous delivery and rapid feedback loops.
• Collaborating with product managers, developers, and data scientists to define test strategies that incorporate AI/ML concepts, including TensorFlow and PyTorch models.
• Implementing performance testing using JMeter and Locust to validate system scalability under realistic load conditions.
• Utilizing API testing tools such as Postman and REST Assured to verify backend services and micro‑services interactions.
• Managing test data and expectations with tools like Great Expectations and dbt testing to guarantee data integrity across pipelines.
• Maintaining issue tracking and project management workflows in Jira and Azure DevOps, ensuring transparent communication and timely resolution of defects.
• Providing mentorship and guidance to junior QA engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Staying current with emerging testing tools and industry best practices, including Testim, Mabl, and Applitools for visual and AI‑based testing.
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards such as ISTQB, and contributing to the development of internal QA policies and procedures.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Minimum 6‑9 years of experience in software QA, with a strong focus on automation.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, Java, and JavaScript programming languages.
• Hands‑on experience with Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, Appium, Robot Framework, and pytest for test automation.
• Expertise in CI/CD tools, including Jenkins, GitLab CI, and GitHub Actions, and version control with Git.
• Familiarity with issue tracking and project management tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and frameworks, including TensorFlow and PyTorch.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Performance testing skills using JMeter and Locust, and API testing with Postman and REST Assured.
• Exposure to visual testing tools like Testim, Mabl, and Applitools, and data quality tools such as Great Expectations and dbt testing.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid (HB) environment.
